A deadly crosswalk accident in Queens has claimed the life of a 1-year old infant and injured the girl’s mother, leaving her in the hospital. The tragic life-altering crash happened on March 23rd at the intersection of 23rd Avenue and 94th Street around 9PM. The little girl was in a stroller being pushed by her mother when a large Dodge Ram pickup truck turned into the crosswalk and struck them both. The little girl was killed instantly. The mother, whom police declined to identify at the time, was transported to a nearby hospital where she was listed in stable condition.
