A pedestrian accident in New York City late last month left an innocent victim fighting for their lives in an area hospital. According to police reports, an unnamed 57-year-old was struck by a large SUV near the intersection of West 125th Street and Lenox Avenue in Harlem late on the evening of May 25th.
